Every parent is worried if her child is eating the right food. Could you share some light on this?

This is a question asked by all parents now that all types of food are easily available. Nutrition for Kids is based on the same principle as nutrition for adults. Everyone needs the same type of nutrients, such as, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and fat. Children, however, need different amounts of specific nutrients at different ages. If you have questions about nutrition for kids, you must see your nutritionist who shall be able to guide you the right way. What we see is that children respond to doctors better. We work closely with the child to design the nutritious meal that they will love to eat. We give parents healthy options for picky eaters which makes it easier for parents to get them to have. Along with weight management, we also have meal plans for the special needs children.
